SIGNATURE CAKES
Our cakes are hand decorated and made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. All of our cakes are "layer" cakes (they have a filling), even our sheet cakes!
We can create custom designs upon request for an additional charge. Please call at least one week in advance for custom designs and we can give you quotes and discuss options for your order.
If you're looking for something with less than 3 days' notice, not to worry! We have whole desserts available all the time, so give us a call and we'll see if the item you want is something we have on hand.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Any order $75 and over needs to be pre-paid.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice (by calling us during our office hours and speaking with an employee), we can go ahead and refund your purchase.

If you cancel with 24-48 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we can refund 50% of your purchase.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we are unable to refund your purchase.

Tiered Cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and cannot be refunded with less than one week's notice.
If you simply email us or leave a message on our voicemail, we may not get that information in time to properly cancel, so please make sure to call and speak with us.

We offer limited delivery. Advanced notice is appreciated as we cannot always accommodate last minute requests. Deliveries are always paid ahead of time. For more information please call 541.683.5676.
