INGREDIENT & ALLERGY INFO
We try to have a variety of options on hand for our customers, including items that are gluten-free, or egg-free/dairy-free, or soy-free, etc. Please call or come in to see what we have on hand.
If you would like to read about ingredients of *most* of our products, please visit the Order Online page, and navigate to the item. (We may not have every product listed online.) You can click on the item and there will be a list of ingredients below the photo.

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER
We have the following allergens in our bakery, and therefore cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product, due to inadvertent cross contact:
Wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, corn, soy, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
* GLUTEN-FREE
Gluten-free products have a glittery star sticker on the sign.
If you are highly allergic to gluten, we do not recommend eating our gluten-free items as we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility.
^ EGG-FREE AND DAIRY-FREE
All of these items are labeled egg-free/dairy-free or “EDF” and are printed on yellow paper.
Our egg-free/dairy-free items are essentially vegan (made without animal products, including honey). We do not use the word “vegan” because some strict vegans will not eat sugar processed with bone char and we cannot guarantee that all sugar is not processed with bone char. The sugar we use for baking is not processed through bone char, but we cannot verify ingredients that come in with sugar already added (such as chocolate) are processed the same way.
Desserts with gelatin will be labeled on the sign: "contains gelatin".
We use a locally produced, grass-fed gelatin.

SOY-FREE AND CORN-FREE
Please ask our staff about ingredients if you are allergic to soy or corn.

COCONUT-FREE
We do not list coconut as an allergen in our store. Coconut may be not visible in a variety of EDF desserts in the form of coconut oil or coconut milk. Please ask our staff about ingredients if you are allergic to coconut.
