We ask for three days' notice for any orders by phone, and four days when ordering online. We will try our best to accommodate your request with less notice. 

 

Custom designs may require more notice.

Orders are by phone or online only, we do not take orders in person.

Our cupcakes are hand decorated and made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients.

Minimum order is 6 of one flavor.

You can order in increments of 6 or 12.

Orders for two dozen or more (of one flavor) will be discounted by 10%, reflected in prices below.

We offer limited delivery. Advanced notice is appreciated as we cannot always accommodate last minute requests. Deliveries are always paid ahead of time. For more information please call 541.683.5676.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Any order $75 and over needs to be pre-paid.

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice (by calling us during our office hours and speaking with an employee), we can go ahead and refund your purchase.

  • If you cancel with 24-48 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we can refund 50% of your purchase.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we are unable to refund your purchase.

  • Tiered Cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and cannot be refunded with less than one week's notice.

If you simply email us or leave a message on our voicemail, we may not get that information in time to properly cancel, so please make sure to call and speak with us.
